Estimates and reviews

Estimates are for budget planning and quotation comparison, based on the information and pricing date stated. They are not fixed contractor prices, structural designs, surveys or statutory approvals. Site conditions, specifications and market prices can affect the eventual cost.

Scope and fee

The minimum estimating fee is £99 plus VAT (£118.80 including VAT at 20%). The final service scope, fee and delivery date must be agreed before paid work begins. Material sourcing fees are quoted separately. No savings are guaranteed.

Quantity estimates and comparisons

PDF scale is checked against a stated known dimension. Missing dimensions/specifications need clarification or explicit assumptions. Estimated quantities, waste and exclusions require verification before ordering or building. Supplier comparisons consider matching specification, delivered total cost, VAT, availability and terms. They do not promise a market-wide cheapest price or guaranteed savings.

Contractor and advertising enquiries

Contractor membership is proposed at £36 including VAT monthly (£30 + VAT) or £240 including VAT yearly (£200 + VAT). Application, manual approval, membership activation and payment are separate; no charges or guaranteed leads. Advertising and optional quantity packs have no agreed published rate and need separate scope/price agreements. Paid adverts are separate from editorial content and contractor approval. No live invoicing or pack release is enabled.

Free account conditions

Account version: account-v1-2026-10-15. A free account lets you submit and track your enquiries and business applications. Sign in through your own ChatGPT account and keep your profile accurate. Only upload information and documents you are entitled to share. Do not use the service to access another person’s records or submit harmful material.

Choosing a builder, supplier or advertiser account type does not grant approval, accreditation, a paid subscription, advertising space or access to customer leads. These require separate review and agreement. Creating an account does not authorise recurring payments or marketing. Online payments and subscriptions remain inactive.

Your enquiry

Sending information is not an order and creates no payment obligation. Supplier orders and communications with third parties require express authority.

Paid service activation

Full consumer terms, cancellation information, supplier particulars and insurance confirmation are still being finalised. The website accepts enquiries but does not accept paid orders. The draft terms document remains subject to professional review.
