Your agreed placement

Small adverts start at £30, medium adverts £50 and large prominent adverts £70, Featured Business £80 and supplier promotion £99 per calendar month, plus VAT at 20%. Your written proposal identifies the advert size, exact pages, monthly renewal date, artwork and monthly fee including VAT. Any bespoke rate is agreed before acceptance. An enquiry does not reserve inventory or create a paid booking.

Approval and payment

We confirm availability and review artwork before accepting a booking. Publication requires your recorded acceptance of the proposal and these terms, approved artwork and verified full payment against an issued PMW invoice. Payment is due immediately on issue. Do not pay against a draft preview. The invoice identifies the PMW receiving account.

Artwork and claims

You must have permission to publish supplied logos, photographs, text and links. Claims must be accurate, lawful and supportable, including qualifications and accreditations. We may request evidence or reject misleading, unsafe or unsuitable material. Paid adverts are labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored”; they do not constitute independent endorsement or contractor approval. Plain text and approved image files are used; third-party scripts and tracking pixels are not accepted.

Dates and renewals

All advertised plans are rolling monthly, billed in advance. Your initial order must explicitly authorise the monthly amount and renewal terms; an enquiry alone is not authority to charge. Each period runs to the next monthly billing date, using the last available day where needed. You can cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal when available or by emailing enquiries@pricemyworks.co.uk. Cancellation stops subsequent renewals; your placement continues until the end of the paid period. We confirm any price or material placement change before it takes effect. Automatic card collection and billing-portal access will be confirmed during setup and are not currently activated on this website.

Results and service interruptions

Advert size and page placement determine prominence. No minimum traffic, impressions, clicks, enquiries or contracts are guaranteed. Advertising does not include access to private project information. If we cannot supply the agreed placement, we will agree a replacement date or placement with you or refund the unprovided portion. Any other cancellation or refund arrangements must be stated in your proposal before you accept. Statutory rights are not excluded.

Supplier news links

Supplier promotion includes a clearly labelled link from our industry news page to your own news, updates or RSS page. You provide the authorised source URL and remain responsible for its content. This does not include copying full articles, automatic endorsement or a promise of editorial coverage.

Builder listings and leads

Builder plans are an introductory offer at the displayed launch rates. Any future rate change will be notified before renewal, allowing cancellation. Builder plans are separate: area listings £30 + VAT per month, or colour adverts with a website link £50 + VAT per month. Approval, current relevant insurance and active membership are required for lead matching. Matching considers the trades, postcode districts and job values supplied in your application. We share only information the customer has authorised for that recipient. Leads may be offered to more than one suitable business; no exclusivity or work is promised. Quantity packs are separately agreed.
